Dear Conway Voters,
As we approach the upcoming election for the Conway City Council, I want to stress the importance of working together for a bright future. As the saying goes, "Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much."

Teamwork is essential for any community to thrive, and I believe that Conway is no exception. I have extensive experience working as a team member. I value feedback and criticism, and I pride myself on being a policy wonk who is always looking for ways to improve plans, regulations, long range goals to improve our community and your lives.
Working collaboratively with others is crucial in achieving success, and I am committed to doing just that. I believe that my experience serving on multiple boards and my passion for Conway make me a valuable team member who can help move our city forward.
Here are my top ten values that reflect my team work mindset and how I will work with you.
1. I am reliable: I show up on time, meet deadlines, and follow through on commitments. Dependability is key to building trust with constituents and colleagues.
2. I communicate effectively: I will listen actively, speak clearly and respectfully, and I will keep constituents informed about important updates or changes.
3. I am collaborative: I will work closely with my constituents, share ideas and perspectives, and be open to feedback.
4. I take initiative: I will look for ways to improve processes, suggest new ideas, and take on additional responsibilities when needed.
5. I am adaptable: I am flexible and willing to adjust to changes in priorities or workflows, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
6. I am organized: I keep track of my tasks and responsibilities, manage my time effectively, and prioritize my workload based on deadlines and importance.
7. I am proactive: I can anticipate potential problems or challenges, and take steps to address them before they become bigger issues.
8. I am respectful: I will treat my constituents and colleagues with kindness, empathy, and respect, even when I disagree with their opinions or ideas.
9. I continue to learn: I stay up-to-date on the latest policies, regulations, and best practices, and seek out opportunities to expand my knowledge and skillset.
10. I am accountable: I take ownership of my mistakes, learn from them, and work to prevent them from happening again. I will show constituents and colleagues that I am committed to achieving shared goals and objectives.
