Top 5- Support Conway's Civil Workers

Dear Conway voters,

I want to take a moment to emphasize the critical role that civil workers play in our community. They are the backbone of our city, providing essential services that keep us safe, healthy, and thriving.

From our police officers and firefighters to our sanitation workers and librarians, civil workers are the unsung heroes who make our city run smoothly. They work tirelessly behind the scenes, often without recognition or thanks, to keep our streets clean, our neighborhoods safe, and our community connected.

As voters, it's important that we support our civil workers and the services they provide. This means investing in their training, providing them with the resources they need to do their jobs effectively, and compensating them fairly for their hard work.

In doing so, we not only ensure that our city continues to function at its best, but we also show our appreciation for the dedication and sacrifice of our civil workers.

Here’s my top 5 goals that if elected I hope to work towards for Conways civil workers:

  1. I will support civil employees working for the city of Conway and fight to make sure they are fairly compensated for their work. This includes offering competitive wages, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

  2. I will support ensuring each department has the resources they need to provide excellent service to Conway residents.

  3. I will help create a positive work environment that supports teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.

  4. I will recognize and reward excellent performance: Recognize and reward employees who perform their jobs exceptionally well. This can include bonuses, promotions, and public recognition for their contributions.

  5. I will ensure that civil employees working for the city of Conway are provided access to necessary equipment to perform their jobs.

Thank you in advance for your consideration as your Conway City Council Member! Don't forget to vote June 13th and as always, you can tell me what you think by filling out the form below.

Leading with Love & Loyalty,

April O'Leary
